Pilot concept. Tools and integrations are agreed with your team.

A real project. A verifiable workflow.

The pilot is designed for technical decision-makers and development teams already using coding agents or planning a focused introduction. We start with a recurring bottleneck and an accountable project owner.

Repository
01
One bounded customer project with relevant tasks and an existing review process.
Workflow
01
One agreed task type with a defined scope.
Pilot users
3–5
An initial team using the environment in its project and providing feedback.
Calendar weeks
4–6
Planned time for setup, trials and handover, subject to agreed customer participation.

What your team takes away

A reproducible setup

An agreed runtime environment, clear project context and traceable configuration for the selected coding agents.

Defined access boundaries

Agreed permissions, approvals and handling of credentials and external services.

A workflow tested in your project

Selected tasks go through your existing tests and human reviews. We assess effort, rework and acceptance together.

A practical handover

Documentation, team introduction and concrete recommendations for the next step.

Guided customer pilot

€7,900 net

Fixed price for the described pilot scope, excluding VAT

The pilot covers up to eight person-days for one repository, one workflow, one runtime model and three to five pilot users. Deliverables and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing before work starts.

Model, cloud and licence costs, additional integrations and a wider rollout are quoted separately.

If the scope is still unclear

The €1,490 net fixed-price technical check reviews prerequisites and risks for one repository and workflow and provides a written pilot recommendation. The assessment fee is fully credited when you commission the same pilot.

After the pilot

Support starts at €990 excluding VAT per month and includes up to four hours for agreed updates, configuration reviews and questions. Extensions and additional work are agreed separately; no 24/7 on-call service.

    Decide what comes next

Document results, introduce the team to the setup and define the next useful scope.

MECHAS develops around a real customer need

MECHAS is our tooling in development for configured coding agents. A pilot combines existing tools with suitable MECHAS components and develops missing elements where needed. The proposal defines the functions you receive, the project outcome and the documented handover.

Common questions

Do we need to change IDEs?

Your existing development environment is the starting point. We check suitable tools and interfaces before making a commitment.

Is MECHAS already a finished platform for the entire organisation?

MECHAS is in development. This offer is a guided pilot for an initial team. Any wider rollout is planned based on the results.

Which infrastructure is supported?

We agree on one suitable runtime model, such as WSL, a development container or a remote environment. Specific compatibility is checked beforehand.

How do we assess success?

We agree on verifiable tasks and consider total effort, including reviews and rework. We do not promise a universal productivity increase.

What happens to customer code and reusable components?

Access, confidentiality and usage rights for customer-specific code and reusable components are agreed before work starts. A pilot does not provide blanket permission to publish your code.

Would a pilot fit your team?

Briefly describe your project and bottleneck. In a free 30-minute initial conversation, we assess a suitable workflow and any missing prerequisites.

The defined pilot costs €7,900 excluding VAT. A good fit includes a concrete repository, a technical owner and an initial team of three to five users.
